As we made our way down to the Preview Center, we were given a bit of a crash course on the property. BosaSPACE focuses on flexibility, agility and value. To that extent, they have functional pieces to living areas that take advantage of the space given.
For example, they have the SleepTHEATRE with storage, floating TV panel and a hidden small bed for guests. The LoveSEAT is a transformable bed. My favourite is the ExtenTABLE which is a kitchen island that can pull out to accommodate 8 people or become a quick work table. Homes start from $199,900.
During our preview, we were fed fantastic Glowbal Group dishes by their Corporate Chef, Chef Ryan Gauthier. Some of these dishes will be on the Winter Menu at Black and Blue within the next week.
One particular dish I enjoyed was the Lamb Pappardelle. Chef Gauthier made it look so easy to make, but I’d rather go in and enjoy it at Black and Blue!
