The Gastrofork Test Kitchen will be the future hub of all our recipes and segments! Although this isn’t going to be a huge kitchen, it will get us started and I’m looking forward (but also nervous!) to see the end result of the kitchen. So when I was approached by the Home and Design Show to help raise awareness, I thought this came at the perfect time. If you’re looking to redesign your home or do some major upgrades, or you want to check out some upgrades for your kitchen and get some professional opinions on what’s best for your budget and needs – this is a great place to do so.
There will be the Samsung Cooking Challenge: Tag Team Kitchen where three home cooks will partner with top Vancouver chefs including Chef Angus An of Maenam using fresh ingredients to create the perfect entree. Celebrity Chef Corbin Tomaszeski will be present to select the winners – $5000 worth of Samsung Chef Collection appliances.
The Vancouver Home and Design Show runs from Thursday, October 16 to Sunday, October 19th.
