Cactus Club Café has recently launched three new cocktails – two of which can be made without alcohol (perfect for this pregnant lady!) and one that I was drooling over as Nathalie was sipping on it.

Hey Hibiscus is a nod to the season of hibiscus, rose, ginger, white peach and lemon. The cocktail is a nice balance of flavour without any of the floral notes or tartness overpowering each other. This is the perfect cocktail to enjoy while sitting on a patio.

Soul Revival is a fun cocktail made with ginger beer, mango, lime, turmeric, jalapeno and Thai basil. The mix of spices, citrus and a lil kick of heat is what I look for in cocktails nowadays.

Finally, the Jalapeno Margarita – made with 100% blue agave tequila, jalapeno, cilantro, lime and coarse chili salt, it brings back good memories of being on a beach in nice, warm weather.
