Fried Rice can be simple once you have a go at it once or twice. Here’s a simple and easy way to make fried rice!

INGREDIENTS
4 cup cold, cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten with a dash of salt
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 stalk of green onions, chopped
1 cup thawed, mixed frozen veggies
4 tbsp peanut or cooking oil
1/4 lb BBQ pork, chopped (optional) OR 1 cup shrimp, devined and shelled (optional)

PROCEDURE:
1. Cook eggs for two minutes and remove from frying pan.
2. Using medium heat, add 3 tbsp oil and put rice, salt and soy sauce. Keep stirring until rice is hot.
3. Add frozen veggies, green onions and keep stirring until colour is even.
4. Slice eggs, add eggs on top of fried rice and serve hot.
