I remember back in my day (*adjusts granny glasses*) when we’d roam the mall for hours after school, hanging out with friends and grabbing a bite to eat. One of my favourite places to do so was Edo. I had no idea that they’ve been aruond for over 40 years!

To celebrate this momentous occasion, Edo Japan’s famous teriyaki sauce is now in a bottle! Selling for $6.95 or 3 for $20, you are able to pick up these sauces at all participating restaurants.

I received a lovely package with the great news and of course, I just had to recreate my favourite dish from Edo – their chicken teriyaki.

The flavour is just like in the restaurants/food courts – it’s sweet, salty and slightly tangy.
