The new, locally inspired menu is being led by Head Chef Ken Nakano. The culinary team behind Reflections has created a Spanish-inspired but locally sourced tapas menu. This includes: Oyama’s Spicy Chorizo with Fennel and Salt Spring Island Mussels, Green Pea Croquetas with Mint Yougurt and the Chef’s special grilled We Wai Kai Scallops with Arugula and Romesco. For you cocktail enthusiasts – new, original cocktails like the South Side and Mexican Fix will complement the delicious bites on the menu! Their Hotel Georgia cocktail which was named Cocktail of the Year in 2012 by enRoute Magazine will also be present on the menu again this year. They will also offer a carefully curated wine list with both international and local wineries.
Apparently, it was very popular to have proposals take place within the last year – which gave the Rosewood Hotel Georgia an idea – why not help create a fantastic Proposal Package for those popping the big question!
