Another staple item when you go out to many Asian places like a Japanese restaurant or even a Korean one, Sesame Seasoned Spinach is pretty healthy. I made this side for Father’s Day and it’s a very easy side to make for an every day meal. This recipe was adapted from Kitchen Daily.

Ingredients
1/4 cup water
1 lb baby spinach
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 small clover garlic, minced

Directions
1. Boil water over high heat. Add spinach and cook, stirring frequently for 2-3 minutes or until completely wilted. Transfer into a colander and let stand until cool enough to handle. Squeeze excess water out.
