Waterfront has got to be my favourite spot in Vancouver. It’s got that perfect mix of busy business people, wandering tourists and gorgeous views. Situated along the waterfront is Steamworks. I love when business meetings become a chance to eat as well!

The weather was nice so we decided to sit on the patio. We had a couple drinks and I had the BC Black Cherry Cosmo which was very tart and strong – great for taking the edge off on a long day.

I ordered the Steamworks Deluxe Burger, which according to their menu consists of a “7oz premium beef burger, double smoked bacon, aged cheddar, relish mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle”.

The burger was enormous! The bacon was crispy (just the way I like my bacon) and the cheese had already melted deliciously all over my patty. The patty was juicy and thick with a good meaty taste to it. I also liked the fries that came along with it because they were crispy and crunchy!
