Vancouver’s beloved Heritage Asian Eatery is set to open its highly anticipated new location at 4242 Main Street on October 8, introducing Heritage Restaurant and Bar. This exciting concept promises to elevate the restaurant’s traditional Chinese cuisine, blending it with modern techniques and an impressive beverage program for a truly immersive dining experience.

Led by owner Paul Zhang and chef Jimmy Lam, a Vancouver native with extensive culinary experience, the menu showcases an upscale take on Heritage’s signature offerings. Guests can look forward to dishes like:

  • Peking Duck with handmade crepes and hoisin sauce
  • Dungeness Crab with steamed ginger and shallot
  • Nova Scotia Lobster with housemade kombu butter and wok-fried XO sauce

Heritage Restaurant and Bar will initially operate Tuesday to Thursday from 5-10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 5-11 p.m., with plans to extend hours to seven days a week soon after.
