This weekend I went up to Cornucopia. Cornucopia returns to Whistler to stylishly celebrate food and drink, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest. Cornucopia is owned by a not-for-profit and run as a charity benefit for the community, and this is their 25th year. I rode up to Whistler via Epic Rides, and it was packed for the long weekend!

My accommodations were at the Sundial Boutique Hotel. The hotel is at foot of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain, and is conveniently located right in the village.

The Village Suite is quite spacious, and I really enjoy that they have a kitchen. As much as I like to eat out, I like the option to prepare and bring my own food, as I’ve become a meal-prepper these days for my own health. This also appeals to my budget friendly side, as eating in the village every day can be quite costly (although worth it!).

I would like to come back and get one of their private hot tub suites, because that sounds awesome. It’s one of their unique selling points as a hotel! They have a rooftop hot tub for those who did not book the private suites, which is a great amenity.

The staff were very helpful and I like how you can ask questions through their text messaging service.
