Flying Dishes/Appetizers
- Starters
- Green Gazpacho
- Fraser Valley Duck & Mushroom Flatbread
- Pickles & Charcuterie Platter: House-made pickles from seasonal veggies, imported meats, local cheeses, mixed nuts, and olives.
- Bigger Bite
- Surf & Turf: Coffee-crusted skirt steak with chimichurri, local spot prawns, and uni béarnaise sauce, served family-style with a spring greens salad.
- Desserts
