On our trip to San Francisco, I was introduced to this wonderful drink – the Paloma and wanted to recreate it and share it with you. The Paloma is refreshing and pairs well with the Casamigos Tequila – which I have to say is the smoothest tequila I’ve ever encountered. You could sip on this tequila by itself and it’s easier to drink than other tequilas that I’ve tried. However, I love my hard liquor in cocktails and this one is quick and easy to make.
Check out my video here and recipe below!
Ingredients:
Kosher Salt (to rim the glass)
Lime juice (to rim the glass)
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar

1/4 cup club soda (sprite or sparkling water works too depending on how sweet you want to go)
ice
Procedure:
1. Rim your cocktail glass with lime juice and kosher salt.
2. Add your grapefruit and lime juice.
3. Stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
4. Pour in tequila.
5. Add ice.
