A very popular Filipino dish that you can make at home! Sometimes referred to as “filipino spaghetti”, Palabok is a mix of pork, fish flakes (tinapa), shrimp, eggs, pork rinds with a lively orange sauce.

It can be done up (like Joe has done here) or can be served easily with the sauce, noodles and Chicharron (pork rinds).

This and many other recipes can be found in our cookbook, Filipino Cooking Made Easy!
