Roasted ham is part of our festivities during Christmas, Easter and sometimes during birthdays! In this recipe, you can use an already cooked ham, boil it in a pineapple juice mixture and then bake it. Served deliciously hot and cold.

INGREDIENTS
1 whole pork ham, cooked
3 cups pineapple juice
CARAMELIZED TOPPING:
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
PROCEDURE:
1. Place ham in a pot, add pineapple juice.
2. Cook over medium heat for an hour.
3. In a small pot, boil 1 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup brown sugar until thick.
4. Pour and spread evenly atop ham and bake for 35 minutes at 35-F until sugar glazes.
